Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer - U.S.A.
Ally Visram co-founded Vista with his brother Amin Visram. Prior to founding Vista. Mr. Visram worked as a Senior Finance Executive in the hospitality industry in the United States.
Mr. Visram is responsible for providing overall strategic leadership for Vista's hotel operating division, which include full service, select service and limited service hotels. He arranges leading hotel franchises (Sheraton, Hilton, Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza (IHG Hotels), Carlson, Delta, Marriott and Choice Hotels) in diverse geographic markets in Canada and the United States, in addition to repositioning hotels to become market leaders. Mr. Visram also directs all renovation strategy, enhancing profit margins, and tax planning.
Mr. Visram graduated from Sheridan College, Oakville, Ontario with a degree in Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) and from the University of Windsor, Ontario with a Bachelor of Commerce Honors Degree in Accounting.

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer - Canada
Amin Visram co-founded Vista with his brother Ally Visram. Prior to founding Vista. Mr. Visram was a Principal with the Law Offices of Visram, Ronquillo & Associates in Boston, MA. Prior to that Mr. Visram also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Boston, MA.
Mr. Visram is responsible for the acquisition/disposition of real estate properties as well as the management of shopping malls, office buildings and related commercial real estate. He also oversees Vista’s strategic planning, corporate development plans, expansion and acquisition strategies.
Mr. Visram received a BA from York University, Ontario, Canada. He attended Law School at the New England School of Law, Boston, MA with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in 1984. In 1985, he was admitted to the Bar in the United States where he had a dynamic legal practice until he co-founded Vista.
Since 1992, Mr. Visram has sat on various Boards both Public and Private.

Munnie Nauranga - Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
Munnie is involved in preparing documentation for potential properties, due diligence for acquisitions or dispositions and related areas. She is also responsible for and maintains the legal library, the Vista virtual data room and other office functions for the Senior Management.
Munnie graduated from Queensway Pittman’s College, Insight Computer Training as well as The Kenya Institute of Management with a diploma in Business Management.
Munnie has worked for various International firms prior to joining the Vista Group of Companies in Canada.

Lorraine Emmons - Executive Assistant to Chief Operating Officer
Lorraine Emmons is Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer. Her responsibilities include contract renewals, purchase and sale of hotels, renovations, leasing and office management.
Lorraine is a Paralegal with an Associate's Degree from SUNY Broome Community College, Binghamton, New York, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development from Binghamton University, State University of New York. Lorraine's experience includes work in the Consumer Frauds Division of the New York State Attorney General's Regional Office and the Broome County Executive's Office; she brings more than 20 years of executive level administrative experience to Vista.
Asish K. Hari - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Asish is responsible for the corporate and development finance, financial management, banking operations, overseeing all accounting functions, handling investment portfolios, financial reporting and other related matters.
Asish graduated from the Calcutta University with a degree in Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce. He is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India.
Prior to joining the Vista Group of Companies, Asish had over 20 years of experience as a Senior Finance Executive in several reputed companies internationally. He is also involved in a Trustee capacity with the Visram Foundation.
Darin Miller -VP Operations
Darin possesses a high level of expertise in hotel operations and management. He is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of all Vista hotels in the USA with a focus on improving hotel efficiency and profitability.
Darin graduated from Frostburg State University, Maryland with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing and a Minor in Finance. He has twenty five years of hotel experience in full service, extended stay and limited service properties. His experience includes work with Sheraton, Holiday Inns, Comfort Suites, Hampton Inns, Courtyard by Marriott and Hilton. Darin was the Regional Operations Manager for Extended Stay Hotels Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland for seven years before joining Vista in 2008.
Tyler J. Puddy - In-House General Counsel
Tyler is responsible for the company’s legal department, including transacting in real estate and general business law, commercial acquisitions, leasing, finance, construction and development. He also works closely with Senior and Subordinate debt providers and handles corporate regulatory filings.
Tyler graduated with a Bachelor of Laws, Master of Business Administration, Ontario, Canada and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Windsor. Tyler is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, Peel Law Association and American College of Equine Attorneys.
He is also a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and had many years of post-qualification experience at an Ontario business law firm, prior to joining the Vista Group of Companies.
Tyler has an excellent background and a wide range of knowledge and experience in dealing with complex real estate and other legal commercial issues.
Sam Kryger - VP Operations - Canada
Sam is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of all Vista hotels in Canada. He has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He performs detailed analysis of each hotel's operating performance focusing on achieving ongoing profitability. He works closely with the C.O.O.
Sam worked for Vista for 14 years as VP of Operations. He then left Vista in 2006 to develop Greek Peak Mountain Resort in New York State with his family. After development and sale of the property, Sam returned to Vista in 2013. Sam also worked as general manager of several hotels prior to 1994.
Sam graduated from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration. Sam is an experienced hospitality industry executive who combines a professional management background and his entrepreneurial spirit.
Anil K. Verma - VP – Business Development
Anil is responsible for development of new business opportunities and our Retirement Living division.
He is responsible for operations and management of the Retirement Homes in Canada. Through effective marketing strategies and improved management services, he has succeeded in delivering improved service to a large number of clientele.
Anil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Economics/Econometrics from York University, Ontario. He also completed M.B.A. (Finance & Marketing) from University of Ottawa and attended Executive Development Program in Schulich School of Management, York University, Ontario.
Prior to joining the Vista Group, Anil has worked as a Senior Advisor, Market Research Group with Saudi Telecom and an Associate Director with Stentor. He has also worked for Bell Canada in their marketing department for over ten years.
Katie Goodrich - Executive Assistant to VP of Operations - USA & Canada
Katie assists the Vice Presidents for both Canadian and United States' properties. She is responsible for office management, human resources, information technology support to the Vista office and properties, contract renewals and graphic design for the hotels.
Before joining Vista, Katie worked as a District Processing Supervisor at a major tax firm for seven years. She brings a wealth of knowledge to Vista and has over 15 years of experience in office administration.
Samer Ghazi - VP Asset Management
Samer is responsible for property management, leasing and development activity as well as the strategic planning for leaseable areas and all asset management functions of some of the commercial properties in the Vista Group.
Samer is a graduate in Electrical Engineering and has completed several Project Management Courses. Additionally, he is familiar with Shopping Centre Management, Hotel Management and Attractions Management.
Samer has broad exposure to retail, office and industrial asset classes. He also assists and participates in all aspects of commercial asset acquisitions and stabilization.
Ashok Sury - Vice President-Finance & Accounting
Ashok is based at the Group's headquarter and responsible for maintaining group company books of accounts, preparing special financial reports, budgets, projections and financial analysis and handling taxation. He also assists the COO with due diligence, insurance, lease negotiations etc.
Ashok is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Delaware and holds a degree in Master of Science - Hospitality Administration from Johnson and Wales University, Rhode Island, USA and an undergraduate diploma in hotel management and catering technology from Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, India. Ashok has been with Vista since 1993.
Eric E. Budzinski - Internal Auditor
He is responsible for performing internal audits of the accounting functions and operations of all Vista hotels in the United States.
Eric graduated from the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He was a Staff Accountant in accounting firms in New York and Pennsylvania for seven years before joining Vista.
Siegbert Kindl - Director of Operations - Florida
Siegbert joined Vista in May 2010 and brings extensive professional experience in hotel and resort operations and development. He oversees the management and operations of all Vista hotels in Florida with a focus of improving efficiency and profitability.
Siegbert graduated from Hotel Administration School of Bad Reichendall, Germany with a Degree in Hotel Administration. Siegbert also graduated from Holiday Inn University's General Managers Program.
Before joining Vista Siegbert worked as Director of Operations in a prominent hotel management company in Florida. He has 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked with famous brands, including Radisson and Holiday Inn, in the State of Florida.
Azim Visram - Director of Business Development
He is responsible for identifying business opportunities and building customer relationships in both the Canadian and United States markets.
Azim graduated from the London Chamber of Commerce, with a diploma in Economics and Accounting and was a member of the Registered Management Accountants in Ontario. Prior to his joining Vista, he was founder of several hotel and real estate ventures, with the latest being Destination Hotel, LLC.
